License activation does not work
Hello, I have bought the IT NightVision 2 theme. But when I try to activate it with my license in the preview of the site an error message "HY000 2006 MySQL Server has gone away" appears after 2 minutes or so. Please could you help me activate the license? Thanks. Carmen... -

I am slightly concerned about the fact that Flash is being discontinued and I am wondering on the Impact that will have with this theme (and all your Themes). If there is an impact and if so are we moving to fix or change some of the mods to compensate or are we out of luck. I know this is general in nature the question but can have severe impacts on all sites as FLASH is so well embedded in a lot of websites.... -
Image swoop settings and text overlay question
Hi Enis, I have a question regarding the imageswoop settings and text overlay in the demo model of IT_Agriculture. On the demo model, the imagery fills what looks like the entire Showcase position frame, and the text (e.g. "make your business flourish") appears with a slight delay. There are icons for forward and back on the slide as well. Could you describe how this is set up? I have imageswoop in the showcase position and image (articles) appearing but they don't fill the entire fram... -

The menu bar is pushed to the right by the site logo and Custom Color Parameter is not updated
Hello, 1) I've specified a pink color from the Custom Color Parameter of the template. But the color doesn't change though I've cleared cache. 2) Since I've changed the site logo, the menu bar is pushed to the right though my image is not larger. Kind regards.... -
Falang configuration
Hello, Tell me how I can pay you to do that : I would like you configure my site in multi language (French/English) ; I need French by default. I heard that Falang was interesting for easy translation. If it is, could you install it ? I would like that every word in the menus, forms, and J2Store be translated in French by default, with Euro curency instead of Dollar. I purchased the Pro J2store , and entered my key. Hola saludos tengo un problema acabo de comprar la plantilla de IT_NighVision, todo muy en cuanto a la instalacion pero al momento de activar la plantilla con la licencia tengo un error de licencia invalida quisiera que me ayudaran activandola por favor ya que la necesito, el codigo lo he ingresado varias veces pero me sale el mismo error. Hello, We have a website and license for Businessfirsttv..COM. We have purchased businessfirst.TV .In Cpanel I have added businessfirst.TV to Businessfirsttv.COM as an alias but when we go to businessfirst.TV instead of getting the website we get the 7 day license notification? is there away around this of is it a case of buying a new license?
