Error on "my licenses" page

Hi

when selecting "my licenses" at http://www.icetheme.com/licenses i am getting a 1064 SQL error saying page not found. it displays the problem SQL string.

i will post sql within optional information

Hello,

I see, so you can not even access the License Key page.

I will have to advise with our Developers and check your matter.
In the mean-time, I am sending you your Free License Keys through PM here on Forum. Please check them out.

    Hello,

    This must be an issue related to the fact that your membership was applied to you manually. We will try to fix it.

    For the time being, we will generate License Keys manually for you. I will generate some for you now. You can see them available for you on your License Key page.


    However, you already have 2 Free License Keys. Do they not work for you? Because in that case, there is a problem with the template Package you are using.
    We have updated all our Template Package License Keys about a little more than 1 month ago.
    If you are using a Template Package before this update, the License Keys on that package are outdated, and they do not work with the new Management System we have in place.

    So let me know if you have any issues with the free Licenses you already have, as they should work as well.

    I'll be generating new licenses for you now. You will find them available on your profile.

    thanks for reply, unfortunately i cant get into "my licenses" because as soon as i click the option i get the SQL error, so cant see any of then new licenses
