Hi,

I've 2 websites in a domain, one in domain root & another in subfolder (subdomain), both with the same license key.
The one in subfolder seems frequently displaying notification that license is expired (7 days free trial expired). I have to refresh the page several times to make the notification gone.

How to make it stable and run smoothly without displaying the notification page anymore?
Anyway, I have 1 more unused license, but It couldn't be activate anymore. Could it be use to the template instead?

Thank you.

Hello,

The folder structure does not matter.
What matters is the domain name.

This is ok:
www.domain.com/subfolder

This needs another key:
subfolder.domain.com

As for your issue.
Where did you apply the new key? I instructed you to apply it on the subdomain only, not on the main domain as well.

I could assist you with this, if you provide access to both domains.
I will require SuperAdmin access to both Domain.
Note: Please make sure to take a backup of both sites before providing me access.

Again here is the process:
- I will Uninstall the Template
- Reinstall it
- Use a new key to activate the template

By this process, you will have to reset the logo, and some other template parameters.
And, if you have done any modifications to the files, like the custom.css file You will loose them so they need to be backed-up.

So let me know how you wish to proceed on this.
Maybe I can remove the License Keys you have used and generate 2 new ones so you can do the configuration.

If you want me to work on this, make sure you have a backup, as advised, and that you do not have any modifications that you might loose.

Awaiting your decision,
Regards

    Hello,

unfortunately, our License Key does not recognize subdomains as the same domain.

so if you have, Main Domain:
    www.your_domain.com
    and the Subdomain:
    blog.your_domain.com

Our License Key will think they are different domains, and try to register them.

As you are using the same License key on both, then when you open "www.your_domain.com" the License Key deactivates the template on "blog.your_domain.com" and activates it on "www.your_domain.com"
When you then try to watch again "blog.your_domain.com", it deactivates the template on "www.domain.com"; and tries to activate it on "blog.your_domain.com"

Once 1 of the domain activates, the other will show a 7-day trial warning, until it is reactivates by the process described above.

The only type of subdomain you can have with the same License key is:
    Main domain:
    www.your_domain.com
    Subdomain:
    www.your_domain.com/blog

These will remain active at the same time, and the 7-day expiration message will never show.
I advise this method if this is a development website, that you use for testing, or production.

By your subdomain method, the only thing you can do is use another License key to activate the template separetely on the subdomain "blog.your_domain.com"
    - Take a backup of your Blog Website
    - Uninstall the Template
    - Reinstall it
    - Use a new key to activate it

I have manually reactivated your License Key that was unused.
You can use this to activate the template on the Subdomain.

Let me know if you require further assistance on this matter,
    Regards

    Hi Mr. Enis,

Actually I've installed the second website to a subfolder, but that subfolder also pointed to a subdomain in my cpanel. Should I delete the subdomain / point to a folder setting?
Thank you for reactivated the license.
I've tried to use the newly reactivated license key to the 2nd website, but strange thing happens, now my main domain use 2 different licenses (in the status column) :p
Actually I used to activated it to the subdomain but it seems moving again to the main domain.

However, so far the notifications seems also not show up again as frequent as before (only 1 time today).

I applied it to the subdomain, however it moved itself and activated in the main domain.
    Indeed it happens like this:

    when i visit "site.subdomain.com" : the license in the template activated and deactivated the "domain.com/site";
    vice versa
when i visit "domain.com/site"; : the license activated and deactivated the "site.subdomain.com"

As for now, I redirected everyone who visit "site.subdomain.com" to "domain.com/site";, so only one 'real' URL is active.

I'll just use the uninstall method if we choose the subdomain later in the future.
    Thank you.

    Regards.
