First i wanna thank all our members for believing into IceTheme and their trust and support is the only reason which we are here and we will continue our run to be the best joomla template provider...

In fact we are doing a redesign for our main website icetheme.com or better re-development as i would like to call, because we will add/remove those feature to make our main website far and more easy to use and complete your goals.

With our team we have not yet deceived which method is more useful and less-time consuming to continue proving quality support to our members.

So i want to ask you as a valuable member, which method is more suitable for you?!

I prefer a ticket System as long as I know you are actually going to look at it. Forums are good IF you guys provide incredible service since everyone can see what you do (or don't do).

No, there is no poll... Kunena dont have this option yet.

Well as you may notice the support level from our club has increased and we are more responsible now to provide the merit support that our members deserve.

A point is that lots of members want to post their site url but they dont want to make it public. Also sometimes we require FTP or admin access to the members site to fix the issue, so several emails are sent just to know the error.
