Hi everyone (and welcome to new members!)
This forum is here to provide support for the IceTheme templates. To help both existing and new members to get the most from this forum, please consider the following before and after posting:
- Try searching the forum first. There may be an answer already and will save you time (click on Categories to view the whole forum and search from there).
- Use the Sample Data. This is provided to allow you to create a template installation that is exactly the same as the demo. This can help you to setup the template in the correct way and show you everything it is capable of.
- For the most popular templates we have documentation explaining the setup of the template and modules. These are in the Member Download section.
- Check the demo. The templates at demo.icetheme.com are there to demonstrate the template and modules
- Use the correct forum section. Place posts relevant to a particular template in the associated section. Each template has 2 further sections; one for possible bugs, and the other for questions related to changing the layout.
- Provide as much information as possible. Try and provide a link if you can, if not then a screenshot.
- Bear with us. Sometimes answering a question satisfactorily can take time. We may have looked at your post and be aware of it but not had a chance to answer it yet.
- Not all issues are template issues. These can often be related to the operation of Joomla, Virtuemart or Community Builder. Please have a look at the Joomla / Virtuemart / Community Builder documentation and tutorials. There are also dedicated forums for each of these.
- And finally........make sure you are logged in. We provide support for members with an IceTheme subscription only. Guests can view and post in a limited section of the forum.
