Since Joomla have more than 2000 extensions for use it is quite normal that you will notice some bugs when have installed any 3rd party extensions.
Same with different hosting providers, they all have different setup which can result in error messages or limited functionality, both from Joomla itself or a 3rd part extension or template.

During the time here, there most used questions would be:
What is your site url?
Do you have any 3rd party extension installed?
Have you done any modifications to the template?

So instead of repeat the same questions over and over again, the following post formula would be wise to use:


- What is your site url?(If you dont want to post it in the forum, you can use the contact us link at top and send us the info and link to your post so we easier can follow up)

- Have you done any modifications to the template?

- Can you list all 3rd party extensions you have installed?

- Who is your hosting provider?

- Which Joomla version are you using?

- Did you use the Cloner installer or is this installed on an exicting site?

- Is this error in all browers? If no, post the specific browsers you have this issue in.

- Describe the errors you have as good as you can?
