Problem with Russian characters in Main Menu 1 Year, 11 Months ago #10198
Russian characters do not display in my Main Menu titles. The mysql database is set to utf8_general_ci. Articles display as expected. What am I doing wrong?

By the way, I am using IT-Prestige. I shouldn't have any issues using the fix originally posted for IT-Factory, right? I mean they are essentially the same, aren't they?

The fix is also for the IT Prestige also under the IT Prestige Bug tracker forum section, but the solution is almost the same.
