At first i thought problems could be solved and i was pleased i could get support, but after days of waiting i had no luck to make template work, switched to another template club and i can now prepare my site.
I am disapointed because of the whole situation-support

thank you sindb for your offer but as i have mentioned i changed template and everything is ok now.
The problem is that i paid for something than i cant use and didnt get support for.
I did send the link to the problem to mysite 2 or 3 times through email but i didnt get any response
