In the Terms of Use of IceTheme (icetheme.com/Legal/terms-of-use.html)
is said that you can not resell our products. That means you can't sell our templates or your membership. Currently you have the Starter Membership. If you were a Developer Membership you could use the templates for your clients, but again you could not claim property on those templates.

Sorry but these are the rules.
