Here is the module wrap issues I spoke of in the previous post. Circled in red. This issue shows up regardless of the number of articles specified for the front page.

It appears that the formatting remains correct as long as I post new intros or leading article to be shown on the frontpage. Older articles posted through the previous template default template are causing the issue apparently. The extra wrapper on the lower right side is still there though.

Now if I can get that fixed and figure out how to configure the icemenu to include pull downs and adjust the backgrounds and colors, I think I will be fine.

Also is there a way to incorporate captcha into my registration process. I have had many problems in the past with bot registration.
