I appreciate Premium email support, but it shouldn't come at the cost of sharing answers on your forum for others to benefit. There are a few instances where you are referring premium members to email for faster support, but then the solutions don't appear on the forum for everyone to read. Perhaps once you solve a problem for someone, the tech who answered it should also post the solution on the forum.

Hi,

In fact your point is right. For bugs we publish them as sticky on Forums when we find them through the email of our Developer members.

However for Developer plan member we also fix the issues directly to their sites and of course the time delay is more short.
