Hey guys, do you have a policy on responding to questions/requests? I'd like to understand what the timeline is and also the criteria. I have a website on hold pending a response to some questions and I'm now PAST the due date for cancelling the account.

A response should be within 24 hours(and hopefully a fix for the problem also), but im sorry to say that not all the time that happens.
Im pretty new to Icetheme forum,so im still trying do my best to get most things done, but the days have only 24 hours..........

I'm also looking for answers/solutions... and so are others, from what I'm seeing. The assumption and expectation when spending $200 on templates is that they will cut DOWN development time. So far, this has NOT been my experience.

I'd hate to throw away all the time spent already, request a refund, and start all over again - but if issues aren't resolved in a timely fashion, that's what the outcome will be.
