[SOLVED]Solution for international chars? 2 Years, 3 Months ago

I can't solve the problem with international chars like ä,ü ... and haven't found a solution here at the forum.
So please tell me if there is a possibility to solve this. Otherwise I'm very sad but have to ask for refund. I can't work without it in Germany.

The problem appears in the main menu first. The fix didn't work but I won't need two columns and can change the .php.
But now I have the same in the IceSlideShow. I've changed the headlines and with ä,ü etc the slide show doesn't work.
I can replace it with another one but that doesn't make any sense.
Still like your templates but I spend too many hours with changing anything.
