After take deep look through the"viewpoint", I have to say , Great Job!
I am a designer for lot kinds stuff, the View point does touch my motion, it's not fancy, but the simplicity of over all layout, and specially the inset 1~3 is just simple and cleaver move and very handy as will. the balance of strong top head area follow by clean template looks so easy to navigate, but still has all the complicity behind , I can see lot's change in the detail.
I am planning a new site, and I have been working on past two templates, but the View point just full fill what I was in mind, I can't wait to download the View point and work on it.

Lot's design does require time and improving so do the web as will, Lot template provider change the template so differently, but I still can see lot's can be improved in detail, but what they do next is completely new idea and new layout, lot's deign is not "firm" enough to be a great template.
