Dear Icetheme

I must say that your templates look beautiful and the design is great.
But when I paid for the membership of this club i expected the templates to be practical and possible to install and set up, and also possible to view in IE with out any major problems.

I have now tried two of your templates, IT Newsy and IT Tribune, and have spent tens of hours trying to install them and make them look like the demo, but the only thing I ended up with is wasted time, a lot of frustration and a feeling that I have paid for something that is useless for me and not matching to what I expected nor with what you are promissing.

I cant afford speding more time on these templates and kindly ask you not to withdraw the money from my account.
I wish to cancle my menbership and keep my money, and I will not use any part of your product after that ever.

I really hope that you can be fair and stop the withdrawal from my account, since I havnt recieved what i expecteded ór what you have promissed.

I do though wish your club good luck in the future

As I said in the other thread (icetheme.com/13-IT-Newsy/4121-ReMy-Newsy...-your-demo.html#4121) the templates might be working fine and without problems, but they are not easy to install. I hope you can work on making them more userfriendly... Good luck

Im sorry that you feel in this way about our templates.

We have worked hard to make our templates as beautiful and as usable in the same time.

However as you may know bugs may appear on every product not even our templates. Most of them are very small and all are solved.

Anyway it is your choose. Payment is Refunded.
