After your membership expires you may continue using the same template you have downloaded and installed on your domain. In fact, you may use the same template for lifetime if you wish. No other payment is required to keep the same template. The payment is a one-time fee. However, you won’t be able to have support from IceTheme after the expiry. Support is given as long as you are an active member.

Yes, we offer a 100% money back program. The refund should be requested up to 14 days from the moment of the payment. Also, note that we will need a valid reason to refund your membership. We can't accept reasons like "I didn't realize this product was for Joomla" or "I don't have enough experience in Joomla to install and customize the template". Contact Us regarding this matter.

The IceTheme Template Club provides you full access to our entire collection of Professional Joomla Templates. The templates that you see here at IceTheme are exclusive and copyrighted to IceTheme and can NOT be found elsewhere on the Internet. We are specialized in Joomla and web design. We always do our best to provide to our members the latest features and possibilities that Joomla and web design trends have to offer, by adding to our templates modules, components and plug-ins.

As soon as you complete the payment, you will gain access to the Downloads area of the templates. There you may choose your favorite template and download it straightaway. You will see two parts: the All in One Package and the Source Files

All members have access to the All In One Package, which contains the files needed to set up the template: the Template file, the Clone Installer (or the Sample Data, depending on the template. Most of the templates have a Clone Installer) to make your site exactly like the demo, all the modules, components and plug-ins included in that template and of course, the installation guide

In the Source Files you can find the Adobe Photoshop files to edit almost any detail of the template. In fact, the layout is built-in through the frame.psd file that you will find inside the Source Files package. Besides the frame.psd file some other PSD files are available inside the package. We have extracted them from the frame file to save you time on the customization. Please, note that only Developer members can download the Source Files. As these members deal with a great number of templates and customization, it is necessary for them to have the PSD files ready, so they can make changes easier. However, we haven't forgotten about other plans members They may let us know through the Forums regarding their modifications and we will give them a hand. In fact, the layout is built-in through the frame.psd file that you will find inside the Source Files package. Besides the frame.psd file some other PSD files are available inside the package. We have extracted them from the frame file to save you time on the customization.

Inside this package you will also find the font file that is needed to make the logo.psd file.

We not only do our best to validate our templates but we go foremost to make them browser compliant and we optimize every singe graphic to decrease the loading-time. Anyway, please notice that some of the external extensions that we have used to build our Joomla Templates may contain invalid code.

Some of our templates are Joomla 1.7 compatible, not all of them. Templates released from the March 2011 template(IT University template) up to now are Joomla 1.7 compatible. We will continue to design Jooomla 1.7 templates at least until Joomla 1.8 is going to be released.The other templates that were released from the February 2008 template (IT Primavera)up to the February 2011 template(IT Newsy 2)are compatible with Joomla 1.5 only. Contact Us for more information about the issue.

Of course, you can almost edit or modify any part of the template including text, images, Javascript, CSS code etc. But there are some limitations to this part. The Starter plan members are not allowed to disable the IceTheme logo at the footer. Also, they can not modify or delete our copyright code from the source files. The Standard and Developer plan members are free from these limitations.

Yes, you can use IceTheme's templates for any type of project that you might have, including for commercial and profit purposes. You may use it to create your company’s or personal website.Our templates have been successfully used from non profits organizations and institutions, as well as churches. However, you may not use our templates to create sites which convey to inappropriate content like crime, violence, threatening etc.

All our templates are available on our demo server. You can view them here. We guarantee that the templates will work exactly like the demo does. There is not any option like free trials or sample versions of the templates.

Yes, we offer a specified discount for each membership type. For the Starter plan there is no discount on the renewal. For the Standard plan the coupon code is StandardRenew and it will subtract 20% of the Standard plan price. And for the Developer plan the coupon code is DeveloperRenew and it will subtract 30% of the Developer plan price. Note that the coupons codes can be used only if you have had a membership before, so on the renewal process. You can not use them in the creation of a new membership at IceTheme.
